Ron Schroder

Wildlife biologist retired in 2003 from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation after 371/2 years of service. During that period, Ron handled extension/public relations/education matters concerning fish and wildlife management in the western Finger Lakes Region. As part of those duties, he created and produced the Weekly Hunting and Fishing Report for radio stations across Western New York State for over 25 years. In retirement Ron continues with some wildlife education work, teaches trapper training courses, assists with nuisance wildlife complaints and enjoys deer hunting and trapping.
Judson "Jud" Peck

Jud Peck resides in Penn Yan. Jud served 34 years as a NYS Environmental Conservation Officer retiring as a lieutenant responsible for ECO's in Monroe, Wayne, Ontario and Yates Counties.

Jud is an avid hunter, fisherman, and trapper. He has fished in many states and several provinces in Canada. Jud has guided fly-in fishing and white water canoe trips in the provinces of Ontario and Quebec Canada. He has been featured in 'Outdoor Life" fishing for perch on Seneca Lake . Jud also does fishing reports on the Finger Lakes for the Yates County Chamber of Commerce and has done numerous radio and TV programs relating to fish and wildlife laws in the state.

Jud has taught law at the NYS Police Academy in Albany as well as teaching and holding seminars on conservation and penal law at several colleges.

Jud continues to fish most of the Finger Lakes and as well as several other lakes across the state.
John Adamski

John has accumulated a lifetime of outdoor experiences including having served as the director of fish & wildlife management at Whitney Park in the Adirondacks. John has operated as a U.S. Coast Guard-licensed charter-fishing Captain on Lake Ontario and 30 years experience as outdoor writer and wildlife photographer. He is a member of the New York State Outdoor Writers Association and a volunteer assistant with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Bureau of Wildlife working on the Allegany Range Black Bear Study Project.
Terry Weld (Program host and producer)

Terry grew up in Western New York before moving to Florida in the mid 60's . He began his broadcasting career in 1969. Terry has extensive experience in the broadcasting field as an on-air personality, program director, award winning copy writer and producer of radio commercials and programs.

Terry has a great interest in outdoor activities and has enjoyed over the years, hunting and fishing in New York and Florida as well camping and hiking experiences across the U.S. He is also a former airplane and commercial hot air balloon pilot.

Currently, Terry is the news director and morning show co-host for an AM-FM radio station in Western NY. He also serves as a freelance media consultant.
